The Bahamas diving trips are geared towards all levels of divers including new divers, experienced divers, dive groups, explorers and fun-loving people. Operates year-round. Trips operate year-round. October-April brings the best wind for true sailing, and guests may help the crew handle the sails. May-September usually has lighter winds, so boats motor more between nearby dive sites, with sails raised when conditions allow. Trips take place on one of two 65' dive liveaboard sailboats, the Sea Explorer & the Morning Star. Think of summer camp for scuba divers! Dorm-style bunks with AC below deck, shared baths/shower, buffet meals with picnic-style dining, hands-on activities like fishing and sailing, pirate antics with fun and games, memories that last a lifetime, and stargazing. The liveaboard crew consists of boat captains, engineers, diving instructors, chefs and staff. Together as a group they plan trips, prepare and cook meals for guests, assist, instruct, and brief divers, as well as making sure the vessels are running smoothly and safely.
