Resting peacefully on Fiji’s north-most ‘major’ island of Vanua Levu, the Koro Sun Resort and Rainforest Spa is a retreat from the drab and dreary, pulling you into the beauty and majesty that can come from both land and sea. From the seaside, a unique resort structure gives this location both an incredible view for the guests, as well as a warm, comfortable location to swim and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Fiji.

With more than fifty spacious bures and villas available, all of which are air conditioned to be luxuriously comfortable no matter the weather conditions, there is peace to be found both in the ocean vista and the guest quarters. Not to mention that even including the secluded laguna on-site, there are two other pools, three restaurants and four bars, one of which is a swim-up bar to enjoy while in the pool. Not only are these wonderful locations available to all guests, but there are also the Rainforest Spa, volleyball courts, resort boutique, and a nine-hole golf course.

Not only are there incredible possibilities on the island, but the waters surrounding Fiji are some of the most interesting in the world for any diver or snorkeler who wants to test their mettle. Just south of Vanua Levu there is a tiny island and a horseshoe shaped reef that together is called the Namena Marine Reserve, protected as a no-take preservation, keeping the pristine ecology and beauty of the area intact for this and future generations. With a vast array of soft and hard corals and a plethora of invertebrates aside, this reserve is also famous for being the home to over one thousand known species of fish that live, eat and populate the crystal-clear waters of the Namena Marine Reserve.
